History

Naughty BRGR started as the result of more than ten years of work by Finland’s first Top Chef winner, Akseli Herlevi. During his illustrious career, Akseli has sought to learn not only in Finland’s top restaurants but also in Australia and the Spanish Basque Country, including Martin Berasategui’s three Michelin star restaurant. His passion for traveling and food is strongly reflected in Naughty BRGR’s menu.

In the words of Akseli, the burger man: “I have been looking for the best burger for a long time and the know-how about what is required for a world-class burger. Everything I’ve done in my career boils down to this point. Our goal is to offer the world’s best burger experiences.”

Our operation is based on the best and freshest ingredients and continuous development of recipes. Everything is topped off by a genuine and helpful staff. Our burgers are made by professionals, and in the hall, our customers are served individually and considering their wishes. We are boldly different and want to offer surprising taste experiences.

 

The first Naughty BRGR opened its doors on Helsinki’s Lönnrotinkatu on November 16 in 2015. Now Finland’s naughtiest burgers are already served in 11 restaurants around the country. Cama!
